Tandem dry gas seal with intermediate labyrinth

Features:

√ Preferred structure for high pressure, large shaft diameter and severe application conditions.
√ Dry-running, contact-free operation, no friction
√ Tandem seal arrangement. Primary seal acts as main seal, while secondary seal acts as safety seal
√ Unidirectional or bidirectional available
√ Shrouded mating ring prevents secondary damage in the event of a mating ring fracture
√ The secondary seal with high-performance polymer seal provides better floatability and reliability
√ The auxiliary seal with high-performance polymer seal features excellent temperature resistance, pressure resistance and corrosion resistance
√ Both primary and secondary seals have the capability of full product pressure. In the event of an primary seal failure, the secondary seal acts as an installed spare with full pressure capability
√ Secondary seal gas supply (nitrogen) injection is available. Nitrogen has controlled the leakage across the seal face of secondary seal and no process gas leaks from the secondary seal to the atmosphere
√ Cartridge design makes installation and removal easy
√ For most applications where neither process gas can leak to the atmosphere, nor external nitrogen can go into the compressor, a structure with the highest safety and reliability.
