Tandem dry gas seal

Features:
√ Preferred structure for high pressure, large shaft diameter and severe application conditions.
√ Dry-running, contact-free operation, no friction
√ Tandem seal arrangement. Primary seal acts as main seal, while secondary seal acts as safety seal
√ Unidirectional or bidirectional available
√ Shrouded mating ring prevents secondary damage in the event of a mating ring fracture
√ The secondary seal with high-performance polymer seal provides better floatability and reliability
√ The auxiliary seal with high-performance polymer seal features excellent temperature resistance, pressure resistance and corrosion resistance
√ Both primary and secondary seals have the capability of full product pressure. In the event of a primary seal failure, the secondary seal acts as an installed spare with full pressure capability
√ No secondary seal gas supply(nitrogen) injection. Process gas has controlled the leakage across both sets of seal faces, and a small amount of process gas will leak from the secondary seal to the atmosphere
√ Cartridge design makes installation and removal easy
√ For applications without nitrogen supply where the process leakage gas needs to be recycled. It’s a structure with relatively high safety and reliability
